	Robert W. Gadsden Portfolio Manager of Alpine Realty Income & Growth Fund, and Assistant Portfolio Manager of Global Premier Properties Fund
In addition to serving as Portfolio Manager of the Alpine Realty Income & Growth Fund, Robert Gadsden is the Senior Real Estate Analyst for Alpine. Prior to joining Alpine in 1999, Mr. Gadsden was a Vice President of the Prudential Realty Group. He earned his bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude from Wesleyan University, an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School, and pursued Master’s level Architecture studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
